For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of GST wherever applicable.


Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. However, for the “Make to Order”, we will confirm the delivery time, usually, we need 10-15 days.


We aim to get your goods to you as soon as we can, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.

You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of order confirmation. Please use this number to track your shipment.


We do not offer a return policy of any of our items, once it is ordered, shipped and delivered.
However, in case of any manufacturing defect, items that are damaged by the shipping carrier or items received are of a different model, version, or size, we will replace the original items ordered by you.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item must be in the original packaging and original tags.


Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


To process a return/exchange,

Make sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.

You can claim to credit the amount to your KAOAPH Account and use it whenever you like.


Upon receipt of the article at the warehouse, it is inspected, and accordingly, a return/exchange transaction is initiated. If the item is found damaged or altered, it is returned to the customer.


Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund.
